First Peoples Wellness Suite
Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 31, 2026
First Peoples Wellness Suite provides culturally supported wellness tools inspired by and created for First Nations and Inuit people. This privacy policy explains what information may be stored or shared when someone uses the suite.
Please do not enter private health information, crisis details, names, or identifying information into feedback forms.
What The Tools Store
Some tools may save your answers in your own browser using local storage. This helps your work stay on the same device if you come back later. This information is not automatically sent to First Peoples Wellness Suite.
If you clear your browser data, use a private browsing window, or switch devices, saved tool entries may be deleted or unavailable.
Feedback Forms
The Feedback button opens a Google Form. When you submit feedback, your answers are sent to Google Forms and may be reviewed by the First Peoples Wellness Suite team to improve the tools.
Feedback may include the name of the tool you used, ease of use, helpfulness, cultural safety feedback, and comments you choose to share.
How Feedback Is Used
Feedback may be used to improve tool design, language, accessibility, cultural safety, training, reports, and funder updates. Feedback should be reviewed as improvement information, not as clinical records.
Usage Tracking
The suite does not currently include central usage analytics. In the future, privacy-friendly usage tracking may be added to understand which tools are opened, which language is used, when feedback is clicked, and when print or save actions are used.
If usage tracking is added, it should be limited to improvement and reporting purposes and should avoid collecting names, personal health information, crisis details, or identifying wellness reflections.
What We Do Not Ask For
We do not ask users to submit personal health information, crisis details, names, addresses, phone numbers, or other identifying details through the feedback form.
Limits
These tools are for reflection, planning, education, and support. They do not replace medical care, counselling, crisis support, diagnosis, or emergency services.
